Advertise on Bedford Radio

Bedford Radio is now on DAB broadcasting across the Bedford area, as well as online, smart phone apps, and smart speakers.

Over 76% of the population tune in to digital radio every week (Rajar 2024), and according to the RadioCentre, the national average return on investment for radio advertising is £7.70.

Our campaign costs are as follows:

Basic Campaign: 30-Second advert, 4 plays between 7 am and 9 pm Monday to Friday - £100 per month. - Minimum 12 month campaign

Standard Campaign: 30-Second advert, 6 plays between 7 am and 9 pm Monday to Friday, including 1 play in peak time and extra plays during overnights & weekends - £250 per month. - Minimum 3 month campaign

Advanced Campaign: 30-Second advert, 9 plays between 7 am and 9 pm Monday to Friday, including 4 plays in peak time and extra plays during overnights & weekends - £450 per month. - We particularly recommend following a month of our advanced package with 3-6 months of a standard campaign, for a high impact.

Advert production costs are in addition to the above rates, and start from £100 (depending on the scale and complexity of the advert). Our adverts are produced by an external, nationally recognised production and creative agency.

Weather Updates - £200pcm - minimum 6 months - Weather update post news every hour between 7am & 7pm weekday and weekend breakfast, plus coverage on our social media channels.

What's On Guide - £200pcm - minimum 6 months - On-air once an hour between 7am & 7pm Monday to Friday and extra plays at weekends on average at least 70 times a week, plus banner on webpage.

Show sponsorship starting from £75pcm - minimum 6 months, sponsor tag 3 times an hour during the show, showpage advert & coverage on our social media channels.

DAB Launch Special! - All sponsorship campaigns booked within a few months of being on DAB will receive 12 months for the price of 9 months.
