Bedford Radio is a not-for-profit local radio station, and we rely on a mix of fundraising, advertising and grants to cover our costs.

This includes donations from our listeners and supporters. If you value Bedford Radio, and think it's important that Bedford should have its own local radio station, will you support us with a monthly donation?

If you set up a regular donation, you become one of our Bedford Radio Badgers, and we will send you our special black and white badge as a thank-you. These are only available to our donors.

Monthly donations of £5 / £10 / £20 will be incredibly helpful if you feel able to make them. The minimum amount accepted by our online giving platform is £2 a month, and a smaller donation will still be very gratefully received.

Running a local radio station costs money, and we do not have any large financial backers. If we cannot maintain sufficient income, Bedford Radio will not be here for the long term. 

Our costs include DAB transmission, music licensing and the cost of our town centre studios. We're passionate about creating an enduring legacy with Bedford Radio, and becoming an integral part of Bedford's vibrant culture. Thank you for your support.
